Amidst high anticipation and excitement from fans and the general music community, self-acclaimed Mayor of Lagos, Mayorkun unveils his long-awaited second studio album titled “Back In Office“, released via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records UK and available now on digital stores. Released to coincide with the Nigerian independence month, Back In Office follows on from his 2018 debut album The Mayor Of Lagos and sees Mayorkun continue with the mayoral theme as he re-enters a new term as mayor of his hometown.
Back In Office is a twelve-track LP featuring both his 2021 singles. The first of which is the title track that showcases his trademark vibrant Afrobeats sound with an amapiano twist, alongside August single ‘Let Me Know’, a smooth and earnest dose of Afrobeats with romance at its heart.
The rest of the record is characterised by a number of notable collaborations, including ‘Desire’, a sunkissed jam featuring the seductive autotune vocals of Ghanaian songbird Gyakie. Nigerian rapper Victony also delivers a slick verse on the vibrant ‘Holy Father’, singer-songwriter Flavour N’abania lends his intricate vocals to the delicate ‘Feel Am’, while South African record producer, DJ and vocalist DJ Maphorisa lends his production skills to the amapiano-infused ‘Jay Jay’. Closing things out, the sax-driven ‘Oluwa’ ensures Back In Office ends on a suitably sensual note.

Keshinro Ololade (born March 14, 1995), popularly known by his stage name Lil Kesh, is a Nigerian singer, rapper and songwriter. He rose to fame after his chart-topping song titled “Shoki”. Lil Kesh was born and raised in Bariga, a suburb of Lagos State. His music career started in 2012 while rapping among his peers in Bariga until he released “Lyrically”, a single that quickly became popular in Nigerian Universities. Affiliated to YBNL Nation as a recording artist, Lil Kesh is currently signed under his record label YAGI Records, an acronym for “Young And Getting It”.
Oniyide Azeez popularly known as Zinoleesky or ZINO is a Nigerian Afrobeats singer, songwriter and performer Raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He attended Lively Kiddies Nursery and Primary School, located in Agege, And is currently signed to Naira Marley’s record label, Marlian Music. Zinoleesky breakout through in 2020 with the hit songs; Ma Pariwo, Kilofeshe, Naira Marley and Gone Far.
