The Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI) officials, this morning punished an elderly man old enough to be their granddad, who felt the need to go against the Lagos State Road Use Law. He was asked to do ‘Frog-Jump’ because he left the pedestrian bridge and decided to cross the Express. See some more photos below;
