In a story that swept across the internet like a wave on the seashore, Davido was alleged to have been involved in the death of a certain Tagbo, who Davido’s accuser claims was a friend to the singer. The story hit the internet when actress, Caroline Danjuma called out the singer and accused him and his crew members of dumping Tagbo’s corpse at a hospital.
In her post, she mentioned that the deceased was last seen hanging out with Davido and his crew members before the announcement of his death. The actress blames Davido for his involvement in the sad incident and she is demanding justice.
As expected, the story has sparked a lot of reactions from those directly and not directly involved. Photojournalist, Victor Elejo who was present at the scene where Davido and the deceased were celebrating, posted a video on his Instagram page showing what happened at the scene and explaining that Tagbo’s death is a mystery to himself and Davido. His caption read:
‘we were all celebrating 2 people’s birthday which is #TAGBO and one other guy, we all had fun and everybody including @davidoofficial and crew said they were going to Oniru beach which the guy went with his car aswell, and that was the last time we saw him, and later we heard that he died…#RIP #TAGBO’
