Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has criticized Nigerian singer, Naira Marley after he claimed innocent to the allegations surrounding the death of his former signee, Mohbad.

KanyiDaily recalls that Naira Marley had recently spoken about Mohbad’s death, clarifying that he never fought or attacked the late singer, nor did he ask anyone to bully or harass him.

Reacting to Naira Marley’s statement via her Instagram page, Tonto Dikeh urged the Marlian label boss to surrender himself to the police for a thorough investigation, emphasizing the need for the legal process to unfold.

The actress dismissed the singer’s recent press release as a fabrication, accusing him and his close aide, Sam Larry of causing both physical and mental distress to the late Mohbad.

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo continue to do what she knows best by unraveling questionable details about the late singer, Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi.

The veteran journalist who has been among the people clamouring for a DNA test to be conducted on late singer Mohbad’s son took to her X handle to make another heinous allegation against the widow.

Olunloyo held that Wunmi is the leading suspect as regards Mohbad’s death, stating that her source from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) told her that she planned his death from scratch.

She added that Wunmi has had sexual relations with all the men in the Marlian house, ranging from Naira Marley, Zinoleesky, to Sam Larry.

The controversial newswoman further accused Wunmi of being an active drug user while sharing a video of her accosting NDLEA personnel when they stormed their house to make an arrest.

Suspect Arrested for Injecting Mohbad is not a Nurse — Lagos NANNM.

The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) Lagos State Council, has said the person reportedly arrested for injecting Mohbad is not a registered nurse.

The association disclosed this in a press statement signed by the State Secretary, Toba Odumosu on September 23rd.

“The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Lagos State Council, expresses its deepest condolences to the family and associates of the late musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as we mourn his tragic passing.

Our preliminary investigations indicate that the individual reportedly taken into custody by the police for providing care to Mohbad is not a registered Nurse.

We emphasise the critical need to verify the qualifications and professional status of individuals before labelling them as healthcare professionals.

Mohbad’s mother concluded by stating that she kept her identity hidden to avoid getting kidnapped by those after her son’s life.

“They went to shoot E.P, they beat him. I begged him to mention the names of those that beat him but he didn’t. I did not mention to anyone that I was his mother because he was scared, I’d get kidnapped.

“I have spent 5 months in the house he rented for me and he visited thrice. He rented three shops for me too; the day he died, he promised to send me N5M. My son didn’t enjoy his life; he was always scared. He reported twice at the police station,” she said.

Naira Marley owes Mohbad about ?300 million – Kemi Olunloyo

Kemi Olunloyo, a self-proclaimed international journalist, claims that Naira Marley, CEO of Marlin Music, owes the late musician Mohbad N300 million.

She also said that the late Nigerian artist was valued roughly $690,000.

She made these claims on her X, formerly Twitter, profile after declaring that she had done her homework.

Kemi Olunloyo wrote: “MOHBAD’S MUSIC ESTATE: After my research monitoring streams and the Imolenization CAC search, I discovered that Mohbad as of today is worth N700M roughy around $690,000.”

“Naira Marley owes him N~300M in song royalties On my X Spaces I mentioned the top 3 songwriters in Nigeria as Tiwa, Teni and the third person is actually Mohbad. Mohbad wrote almost 97% of all the songs at Marlian music.”

“Songwriters get royalties and I mentioned @SOCANFoundation as an example when I was a Canadian Grammy Judge @TheJUNOAwards.”

“Mohbad complained that Naira Marley was holding his royalties and streaming revenues as well as downloads. They pretty much had a BAD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP.”

“Artist developers are needed in Nigeria. Remove the drugs and cultism and the industry will be super global.”

“As you can see Davido came to represent the brotherhood despite the fact that I warned him not to step in Nigeria.”

“Only the intelligent can understand that part. Nobody speaks against the brotherhood. Most music industry label bosses and the ones at the top have largely been silent.”
