French Montana’s driver was attacked and robbed outside the Chelsea hotel on Sunday morning, Page Six reports.
During the robbery, he was robbed of his $3 Million Richard Mille watch and a $40,000 Cuban gold chain. This comes just 3 days after a 25-year-old man was also fatally shot outside the hotel.
The 18-year-old driver was reportedly held up by gunpoint at 4:50 AM by two men who punched him and ripped off his chain. One of the robbers fired their gun into the ground, the terrified driver gave them his valuables and the men fled. Both assailants wore black masks.
The man who was shot and killed outside the hotel early Thursday is said to be Byron Morales with reports saying he might have been leaving dinner at Tao Downtown Restaurant.
