Ckay Overtakes Wizkid, Now The 2nd African Artist With The Most Listeners On Spotify

Nigerian Afropop singer, Ckay has surpassed Wizkid on the music streaming platform, Spotify.

The Love Nwantiti crooner is the second African Artist with the most listeners on Spotify. Ckay currently has over  10. 612 million monthly listeners, while Big Wiz has 10. 135 million listeners. Tems is still leading the chart with over 14.778  million monthly listeners.

Other African artists who appeared on Spotify’s list are;  Burna boy with 9.782 million listeners, Mr Eazi with 4.4748 million listeners, Davido with 3.577 million listeners, and Rema with  3.051 million listeners.

Ckay’s number of listeners skyrocketed after his song, Love Nwantiti become the most searched song in the world and the most searched song in the US for 3 consecutively weeks.
