American Star, R.Kelly Begs Judge To Release Him From Solitary Confinement

R.Kelly is currently facing a battle of keeping his absolute sanity since being sent to solitary confinement by the court.

According to American Entertainment media organization, TMZ, the American music star is pleading with the judge to release him from solitary confinement and allow him join the rest of the inmates in general population in jail.

The judge however is sceptical about granting R.Kelly’s request as putting him never was intended for punishment but rather for his own safety. The judge believes as a celebrity that R.Kelly is and considering the fact that he is being tried for preying on young girls, he would be an easy target if put in the general population.

R.Kelly’s lawyer meanwhile feels he is actually being punished and the reason for it is because he is a celebrity. But he hopes to have a breakthrough in getting R.Kelly to the general population very soon.

In the early 2000’s 2Face and P-Square were artistes that constantly burst speakers with hit songs. They are arguably the best artistes ever to come out of Africa and are still part of the heavy hitters in the music industry at the moment. Both artistes have so many notable tracks and it is safe to say that they have no bad songs.

“No One Like You” by P-Square is an afro R&B track off their third album “Game Over” which was released in 2007. The song is the most successful single off the album which received several remixes from international artistes. Written by the Peter and Paul Okoye themselves, the song topped charts for weeks and is one of the best wedding anthems recorded in the history of Nigerian music.

“African Queen” is from 2face’s  “Face to Face album” was released in 2004. This is one song that is known to not only the youths but also the old. The evergreen love song is still played constantly worldwide due to its beautiful lyrics which celebrates the beauty of the African woman.

However, since both tracks are huge hits, it is hard to choose which you would rather listen to. This brings us to ask this  “No One Like You” Or “African Queen” which would you still listen to?

Burna Boy recreates three hit singles (‘Ye’, ‘On The Low’ and ‘Anybody’) out of his biggest song into a trap symphony.

As an international face of bridging the gaps between genres, communities, continents, and more, Burna Boy was a natural fit for the latest installment of Audiomack’s Trap Symphony. Backed by an eight-piece orchestral ensemble, the Nigerian force reworks three of his biggest songs: “Ye,” “On The Low,” and “Anybody.”

Oluwaburna turned these smash hits into a Trap Symphony (an extended musical composition in Western classical music). He shows his raw talent Live with the strings and drums of the Westerners. Burna Boy’s voice, melody and energy on this Western sound is blazing. The Synergy is Magical!

Shot and edited by Erikson Corniel, Trap Symphony was recorded at The Bunker Studio in New York City and features musical direction and mixing by John Cleary, piano by Matt Compo, drums by Jon Brick, and strings by the Velveteen Ensemble.

Wizkid has given a twitter user his word, telling him he would grant him an opportunity to make a record with him when he is free.

The singer who only returned to Twitter just few days ago, posted a tweet last night in which the twitter user responded to.

He wrote, “@wizkidayo, seems you seem really free this evening, let’s work on a song.”

And to everyone’s greatest surprise, Wizkid gave him an instant green light, replying to the tweet saying he isn’t really free that night but would be free tomorrow so they can record the song.

He wrote; “actually, not really free. In bed eating steak! Maybe tomorrow. One love.”

Considering how rare Wizkid does a music collaboration, even with his industry colleagues, Twitter users have started to congratulate the “lucky” Twitter user, telling him his dream is about to turn reality.
