Abuja-based music minister, Nsikan Louis debuts with a brand new sound title ‘MERCY’.
The single is a simple contemporary gospel song written in English and Ibibio dialects. Though a prayer, “MERCY” by Nsikan Louis comes with a danceable rhythm.
In Isaiah 43:26, the Word says, “Put me in remembrance….”
When God said to remind Him of His word, it is not to imply that the Creator of the Universe forgets. NO! He never forgets. To remind God is to express dependency and trust. It symbolizes the willingness to surrender fully to doing God’s will. God is never slack concerning His promises.
The hope is that MERCY will minister to every heart yearning for divine intervention and draw them closer to God.
Waiting for a change can seem so long,
If God will not give grace, we will faint,
So we pray, for our miracle to come,
Show us your mercy as we wait on you.
Renew our strength,
Rekindle our hope,
May our dreams no longer delay.
Let your favor, surround us like a shield,
Show us your mercy as we wait on you.
Chorus:
We have waited, We have prayed
We have wondered, Will God ever hear us?
We’ve been mocked, we have been shamed,
Show us your mercy as we wait on you.
Ibiobio language:
Jehovah, andibot enyong y’isong
Obong uwem ooo
Tua nnyin mbom
Edidem mme ndidem, imedi k’iso afo,
Ete ima ooooo
Tua nnyin mbom,
Kuyak ekondo esak ooo, kuyak ebub nnyin,
Where is your God oo?

Ahead of “The Lost Tape,” Adé Wave Publishes “Pray”.
Seeing out a four-year long recess from the music scene, collocating with a name change, the past nine years has seen Adé Wave (formerly known as Chuckie) create awe-inspiring musical content alongside stage shows with unbelievable feats of greatness; with guest appearances on HotNewHipHop’s Brooklyn-born and Staten Island’s raised Brave’s “Pop Bottles” single, to featuring The Zone Agency/Tinny Entertainment’s very own Dapo Tuburna, the words phenomenal, amazing, surprising and astounding, would be only some of the few to truly describe the natural ability and raw talent of the bloke whose high velocity and lively stage show births nothing short of widely appealing and downright awesomeness.
With an unprecedented extended play on the way, Adé Wave loftily and majestically presents a single off the project in a bid to see himself back on the music scene; titled “Pray,” with production credits going to Bakery Beats, this offering highlights the beingness of everyone looking on to God for a transfiguration in a bid to better their finances, or just to live a ‘good life’ whilst maximizing their potentials even with the world looking down upon them.
“Pray” also would be the lead single off his new project, “The Lost Tape (TLT),” an overdue project born as a concept from years of music making.
The Nigerian-born, and now Missouri-based recording act is set to symbolize African music deep into the Midwestern region of the United States where musical memories run deep and where it’s musicians have not just influenced the musical tapestry within, but in many ways, have woven it – seeing himself in a light which shows growth amidst challenges and accomplishments, Adé Wave is set to give benediction to music lovers and fans as he won’t let go of his irrational motive and passion for music – being one who’s seen the world from both sides, he’s euphoric in his heart’s content to share his new sounds as would be witnessed on “The Lost Tape” as he embarks on a new musical campaign with “Pray.”

Big Wiz has incurred the wrath of social media users.
This time, they are ripping Wizkid for always celebrating his ‘favourite’ son, Zion birthdays in an extra special way.
Yesterday, Zion turned 4 and Wizkid took time out of his busy schedule to celebrate him and shower him with gifts. Big Wiz and his baby mama, Jada took the toddler to Disneyland.
As expected, his extra show of affection earned him backlash from Netizens. They commented that Big Wiz is always going out of the way to show the world that he cares more about Zion than his other sons, Boluwatife and Ayo.
They recounted how Wizkid missed his first son, Bolu’s birthday 10 times in a row and the sarcastic reply he gave Shola when she tweeted about it.
Others are of the opinion that Wizkid loves his sons equally and it might appear that he loves Zion more because they are always together.
Alte singer, Tems has provided a solution to the problem many might not know they have- Ungratefulness.
The Essence star took to her IG story to comment on how Gratitude is the most important thing to her. According to Tems, gratitude is the most underrated word in history, but it surprisingly helped her in achieving a lot with Wizkid.
She asserts that Gratitude is a key that opens all the doors to success and anyone can see how it helped her in the music business. In her words, “it is the lens, it’s everything”.

His quote must have woken the heartbroken tweeps, because Chima replied with this: “Nabreakfast quote be this, them dem serve baba hot breakfast”.
Olamide replied with this: “Ki lo fin share bi omo snake yii? I break hearts for a living”.
BBNaija stars, Liquorose and Emmanuel have come under fire for their outfits at the Tecno party.
The power couple caused a stir at the event last night and social media users are still talking about their looks.
Emmanuel pulled a ‘Kanye West’ questionable outfit on the red carpet. He wore a blue suit and a head mask.
As for Liqourose she obviously got her inspiration from Rihanna’s 2015 Met Gala. Liquor wore a see-through gown and paired it up with black panties. #Emmarose shippers have taken to their social media to warn the duo never to repeat such a fashion disaster again. They have advised them to calm down with the quest for fame or they will pitch their tents somewhere else.
Anti fans didn’t let Liquorose slay in peace. They left comments that linked her choice of an outfit to that of Angel’s in the house. They wrote that if it were to be Angel that rocked the see-through gown that the internet won’t let her rest.
