Controversies continue to trail singer, Oritsefemi following the shots he directed at Wizkid and Davido. The singer has been widely criticizedb for his social media antics of late and it is generally believed that his comments are desperate attempts at getting public attention.

The singer has been drawn into more controversy by a certain @christianforward23 on social media. The social media user said the singer’s wife used to be a woman of the streets in Ikeja before her marriage to him. The singer responded with a comment that seems to be a threat but @christianforward23 replied with even more offensive words.

Davido has recorded another record breaking achievement with the success of his recently concluded 30 Billion concert. The concert which was held at Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos on December 27, 2017; has been highlighted as the first Nigerian concert to trend worldwide.

The hashtag #30BillionConcert trended in across different continents, as it trended in the UK and in the US. The event has been gotten a commendable number of positive reviews. Oritsefemi Shades Wizkid, President Buhari & Prof. Osinbajo On Instagram

Oritsefemi has been throwing shades in different directions, in recent times. The singer had earlier been in the news for shading the duo of Wizkid and Davido, comparing their concerts to his wedding and stating that none of the two superstars could pull a concert as “loud” as his wedding.

The singer is said to have aimed his shot at Wizkid again, in a post on social media. It is reported that Oritsefemi revisited the Botswana incident, in which Wizkid’s concert reportedly suffered poor attendance. Oritisefemi shaded the Starboy and mocked him for assuming he can walk the path of Fela. The self-styled “musical taliban” went on to make light of Wizkid’s recently claimed MOBO Award, saying that it is nothing new.

According to Oritsefemi, 9ice had previously achieved the feat. Oritsefemi’s post also had a line of criticism for the political figures who congratulated Wizkid upon his victory at the MOBO Awards. The political leader that congratulated Wizkid, includes President Buhari, Professor Yemi Osibanjo, Atiku Abubakar. In Oritsefemi’s post, he wrote “@9iceofficial don carry am b4…our leaders no congratulate am.”

The most riveting and amazing thing happened during the last musical show set for Davido’s 30 Billion Concert.

Of course the thousands of fans and guests present at the Eko Convention Center had been up all night, singing out loud the lyrics to the many songs dropped on stage including Fall, and the most recent release, Like Dat.

However, things took quite a shape when OBO performed FIA from his impressive discography of hits.

“Psquare Were Ready To Perform But…” -Davido Reacts To Fans’ Demand

Apparently, Davido planned to herald a wave of reconciliation and reunion across the music industry with his 30 Billion concert. The singer had initially led the line with his shocking appearance at the concert of his reported rival, Wizkid. The two singers shared the stage in a performance that is credited to have started the trend of reconciliation in the industry, in recent times.

Following the reconciliation of the two music heavyweights, Davido pulled a major surprise with the reunion of Mo’Hits at his recently concluded concert and he inspired the beautiful memories of seeing the likes of Don Jazzy, D’banj, Wande Coal, Dr SID on the same stage, performing some of their hit records.

The experience seems to have delighted Nigerians and several social media users expressed their wish to have seen the Psquare brothers perform together at the event, to cap the trend of reconciliation. Davido however revealed via a post on snap chat, that he made an attempt to have the twin brothers perform at the event but one of the brothers (Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy) was already booked for a show on the same date, making it impossible for him to be present at the event. The other half of the twin, Peter Okoye was however present at Davido’s 30 Billion concert. Davido went on to assure the fans that there is no beef between the brothers.

His post read;

“Let us preach unity, Psquare were ready to perform but one of them Paul was not present but Peter Okoye was at the show.

“He already had a show which made it impossible for them to perform alongside Mo’hits crew.

“Both guys are lovely guys trust me there is no problem.”

The audience also couldn’t curtail their excitement as Davido thrilled the crowd with his hit songs like Dami Duro, Fall, If and Fia.
